We may share information in specific situations. With vendors, consultants and other third-party service providers.  We may share your data with a third party who performs services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.

Personal information may be shared with our website Hosting Service Providers. 

Information will be shared with the FMSB (Family Mediation Standards Board) in the event that a formal complaint is made to the FMSB, to which that information pertains.

We won’t share your data outside of our business and core processing services without your consent.

2.4 How Long do we keep your information?

We will only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. (e.g. tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your information has been stored in backup archive), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

All physical records will be stored securely and securely shredded when no longer required for business purposes or required by law.

Although we will do our utmost to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.  You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

Family Forward Mediation to retain such data;

  • The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;
